OTECO impellers
OTECO manufactures its own impellers for the shot blasting machines. Because the price of our impellers, and more importantly the price of spare parts (fast wearing parts) for the impellers are much lower than the prices of our competitors, we offer to replace the impellers on older machines with OTECO impellers. The cost of the new impellers returns in a short time in form of savings on impeller replacement parts.
The next advantage of replacing the impellers on older machines is, that in the case of decommissioning the old machine and buying a new one, the impellers will be remounted on the new machine without a surcharge, which reduces the cost of the machine by 1500 to 3000 €/impeller.
OTECO manufactures impellers in two sizes
- With a diameter of 360 mm with 5,5 to 15 kW direct drive.
- With a diameter of 430 mm with 15 to 30 kW indirect drive.
The impellers can be equipped with parts which enable the blasting of sharp shot.
