Barrel type shot blasting machine SMART

This machine is designed for shot blasting small workpieces freely put on an infinite, trough shaped conveyor belt. The movement of the belt rotates and mixes the workpieces, so their whole surface is blasted evenly with the shot from the impellers. The concurrent blasting and mixing enables quick and perfect cleaning of the blasted workpieces.

The workpieces are loaded into the machine through the door on the front side of the machine. The machine unloads the workpieces automatically by reversing the movement direction of the conveyor belt. To enable easier loading, the machine can be equipped with an automatic loader (SKIP).

The impellers are placed on the top part of the machine. The inner walls are coated with special wear-resistant material. The blasted shot falls through the perforation of the conveyor belt into the collecting funnel. From there, it is transported into the elevator by the screw conveyor. The elevator lifts the shot into the cleaning unit. The cleaned shot is returned into the blasting process through the shot feeding valves. The machine is connected to an effective, automatic, ecologic JET filter by exhaust pipes. The machine SMART is manufactured in four standard sizes.
